Orders will be fulfilled based on product availability. If an item is out of stock or delayed, we will notify you within 24 hours of receiving your order.
Delivery & Pickup Options
Local deliveries (within 80 miles from our location) are available at no additional cost.
Orders outside the 80-mile radius will incur a delivery and/or shipping fee, which will be communicated via email.
Customers also have the option to pick up their orders from our designated location during business hours.
Shipping Timeframes & Costs
Shipping fees are determined based on the distance and weight of the order. Any applicable fees will be displayed at checkout.
Estimated delivery times will be provided upon order confirmation. While we strive for timely deliveries, external factors such as weather or carrier delays may affect estimated arrival dates.
Customer Communication
We will provide updates regarding order status, including estimated delivery or pickup times, within 24 hours of order placement.
Tracking information (if applicable) will be shared once the order is shipped.
